Appears to be 20's 30's vintage, Hawaiian made.
Soundhole lable reads:

Tone and Workmanship Guarenteed
Fuller - Wagner
Music Company
Indianapolis.
Quite possible that Fuller Wagner were importers.
There is also a Modern :"Hanalei" brand, which apperears to be made in China, and to my knowledge, is not related.
