Tiki King's Ukulele Database:

H&S

H&S Soundhole label reads "Hand Made, Hawaiian Ukulele, H&S, Philadelphia" The "H & S" Probably stands for Hafner & Sutphin, a music company listed in the Philadelphia phone directory from 1917-1921. The same lable appears on the Manano brand of Ukulele, pointing to H&S Being a Distributor, rather than Manufacturer.
