Possibly made by S. S. Stewart, for and distributed by distributed by Buegeleisen & Jacobson of New York. The are also instruments attributed to Knutsen that bear the "Mele, Hawaiian Ukulele, B&J, New York" Lable, so it is safe to assume that B&J was a distributor rather than a manufacturer.
