We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

Returns

All Returns are subject to approval
No returns without receipt

No returns on special order, consignment, used, vintage or previously
exchanged items.

Returns for refund must be within 7 days of original purchase.
Refund (if approved) will be made in the same manner as purchase.
IE: if a credit or debit card was used, a credit will be issued to that
same card

Returns after 7 days will be for store credit only,
and are subject to approval
Store credits can not be redeemed for cash

Exchange only on unopened CDs or DVDs, and electronics

Items must be returned in as new or as sold condition,
with original undamaged packaging, box or case.

No returns after 15 days.
In some very special cases, a return after 15 days
may be approved, however, even If approved,
returns after 15 days will be credited at 75% of
original purchase price

Some items are warrented by the manufacturer. Please ask
for specific warrantee information.
Damaged, dirty, or otherwise un-sellable items can not be returned or exchanged.

While we strive to make our customers happy with their purchases, we reserve the right to deny a return, refund or exchange at our discretion.

We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

Rough housing, rough playing, or rough or careless treatment of any instrument is not allowed.


Returned Checks / Refused payments

Returned checks and/or Refused payments will be charged a $25 fee,
in addition to the original amount of the transaction.
Non-payment will be reported to the Santa Cruz County District Attorney's Office.

Store Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

Rough housing, rough playing, or rough or careless treatment of any instrument is not allowed.
Intoxicated or otherwise impaired individuals may be asked to leave.
Young children must be supervised at all times
Please ask before allowing your child to handle the instruments
as some are quite valuable
