Zim-Gar
Zim-Gar was a distributor (rather than a "Maker") in Brooklyn, circa 1960's. They imported instuments and Labled them Zim-Gar or zimgar. I have seen the ZIM-GAR logo on instuments made by Pirless, Teisco and others
They distributed many different instruments including Accoustic and Electric Guitars, Drums, and Ukuleles.
