Makini means "wind" or "breeze" in Hawaiian. built by Kazuhisa Mori in Hanno City, japan. Kazuhisa Mori also builds Ukuleles under the name "kai"
There is another Ukulele under the name Makini that I believe was built in Hawaii circa 1930's
