Circa 1920's-1940's. Made by, or for, the T. E. Swann Co.
T.E. Swann was a Furniture business in Dallas Texas during the 1920's, and also operated an Undertaking business. Among the Swann Co. Holdings was the "T.E. Swann Music Company," which was the Dallas distributor for Victrolas, and most likely the source of the Ukulele.
