Headstock Reads: "L.D. Zerone & Co. EST. 1930." Judging from shape, construction and materials, I would guess that these are from the same manufacturers as Bushman, Laniki, Vineyard, Etc. I belive the "Zerone" name is related to Tim Zerone, who owns "The Music Place" a store in West Berlin, NJ, that appears to be the current sole distributor of "L. D. Zerone" Ukuleles.
