White lady

2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Cointreau or triple sec
1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
1 Fresh egg white
(if you are squimish about the raw egg, you can substitue 1/2 oz cream and 1/2 tsp powederd sugar)

Combine all ingredients in a shaker half filled with cracked Ice, shake, and strain into a cocktail glass
