Violet fizz

1.5 oz Gin
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
1.5 oz Parfait Amour (or creme de violet)
0.5 oz simple syrup
Soda water

Combine Gin, Lemon Juice, Parfait Amour, and simple syrup in a shaker half filled with cracked Ice, shake well, strain into a collins glass half filled with ice. top with soda water, stir gently. serve!
