Sinapore Sling

Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
1 Tsp. Powdered Sugar
2 oz. Dry Gin
1/2 oz. Cherry Brandy
dash bitters
Seltzer water
Shake all but seltzer well with ice,
strain into 12oz glass filled with ice,
top up with seltzer, stir gently
Garnish with orange slice and cherry, and serve
