Pimm's Cup

Fill a Collins glass with ice.
Mix 1 part Pimms Cup No. 1* and
1 part gin (optional, see below **)
with 2 parts lemonade.
Stir
Top off with club soda, or use lemon-lime soda for a sweeter drink.
Stir lightly
Garnish with a slice of Cucumber, and a sprig of mint.

For a Pimm's Fruit Cup, add slice of
orange, slice of lemon, a strawberry, and a cherry

For "Pimm's Punch" simply mix a
large batch in a puch bow, and
laddle over cups ice

*There are 4 versions of Pimm's No.1. "Original" "Blackberry" "Strawberry" and "Elderflower" Elderfower being the least desirable for the Pimm's fruit cup.

** Pimm's No.1 is a gin based Liquor, so the additional gin raises the alcohol content.
