Navy Grog

3 oz Dark Rum
1 TBS. Simple Syrup, or Rock Candy Syrup
1 TSP. Lemon Juice
2 oz Water
Shake well with ice,
strain into double old Fashioned glass
filled with ice
Garnish with Mint sprig and serve
