Mojito

2 1/2 oz light Rum

2 teaspoons sugar

1 lime

Soda Water

Mint leaves

Muddle sugar, about ten mint leaves,
and splash of soda water in a tall glass.
Squeeze both halves of lime into the glass,
leaving one hull in the mixture. Add Rum, stir,
and fill with ice. Top with soda water,
garnish with mint sprig and serve.
