Demerara Float
From The Mai-Kai, Ft. Lauderdale
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 ounce gold Puerto Rican rum
1 ounce Lemon Hart Demerara rum
3/4 ounce Lemon Hart 151 Demerara rum
Shake everything – except 151 rum – with ice cubes. Strain into a double old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Carefully float 151. Do not stir.
