Irish Egg cream

1 oz Irish Whiskey

1 oz chocolate syrup

3 1/2 oz very cold whole milk

Seltzer

pour Whiskey and chocolate syrup
in to tall glass, add milk and
stir to mix. top with seltzer and
stir until foam forms on top.
