Irish Coffee

Hot Coffee

2 oz irish Whiskey

2 tsp sugar

whipped cream

Add Whiskey and sugar to coffee, top with whipped cream.

Legend has it that Irish Coffee was "introduced"
to the states by Stan Delaplane at the Buena Vista Cafe in San Francisco's North Beach.
I have in fact, enjoyed many a cup there. For a long time it was rumored to have been invented there. But, even if they didn't
invent it, they certainly got it right.
