Irish Coffee

Hot Coffee

2 oz irish Whiskey

2 tsp sugar

whipped cream

Add Whiskey and sugar to coffee, top with whipped cream.

Legend has it that Irish Coffee was "invented"
at the Buena Vista Cafe in San Francisco's North Beach.
I have in fact, enjoyed many a cup there. if they didn't
invent it, they certainly got it right.
