2 oz Bourbon
2 dashes Bitters
Ginger Ale
Long Lemon Peel

In an ice filled Collins glass, combine bourbon, bitters, and top with ginger ale. Peel a generous lemon peel, squeeze a burst lemon of oil over the drink, and tuck the peel into the cocktail, winding through the ice.
