Dark and Stormy

2 oz good aged dark rum
1 bottle ginger beer
1 Lime wedge

Fill a high-ball glass with cracked ice,
Pour Rum over Ice, top up with ginger beer.(about 5-6 oz)
Squeeze in lime wedge, Serve.

Use remaining ginger beer to make another!
