Orange Flip (classic recipe )

1.5 oz Cream or Half and Half
1.5 oz Olive Juice (fron a jar of martini olives)
1.5 oz Triple Sec
1 Whole Egg Yolk

Dry shake all ingredients, then pour into a shaker half filled with cracked Ice, shake again until frothy, and strain into a Cocktail glass, garnish with an orange wheel.
Editors note: I found this version too be to salty, the olive juice was over powering and prefer the version below

2 oz Triple Sec
1 oz vodka
1 Whole Egg Yolk

Dry shake cream, vodka, egg yolk, and triple sec, then pour into a shaker half filled with cracked Ice, add orange juice, shake again until frothy, and strain into a Cocktail glass, garnish with an orange wheel.
