Payment terms and conditions

All prices are in US Dollars.

Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped to addresses within California, and is not included in the list price.

Orders shipped to addresses outside of California will not be charged California sales Tax

International orders may be subject to customs and/or import tax charges. These are figured and paid on the receivers end, are not within my control, and are not included in the purchase price.

Shipping

I do ship worldwide, however, for shipping to locations outside of the continental US, please e-mail for shipping rates, as additional shipping charges may apply. I ship via USPS Priority mail, or for international orders, global express mail

I currently accept credit and debit cards via PayPal only

I also Money Orders and/or personal checks, however shipping will be held until payment clears

Warranty

If an item breaks due to a defect in workmanship, (normal wear and tear, and/or abuse excluded) I will repair or replace the item to the original owner at no charge, as long as I am in business. Simply send it to me, along with your name , address, and phone number, and a brief description of the problem.

Depending on what is damaged or broken, and because of the nature of the natural materials I often use, it may not be possible to exactly match a piece, but I will certainly do my best.

Returns

If upon receiving a piece, you decide that you do not like it, it may be returned within seven (7) days for a full refund of the original purchase price (shipping and/or customs charges excluded)

All returns must be in original, unaltered, undamaged condition, and return postmarked within 7 days of original receipt date of item.
